Eviction is an unfortunate and potentially difficult process for all parties involved. This leagal term is used to define the process used by a landlord to reclaim posession of the propery in question should the tenant default on rent payments or otherwise violate the terms of the lease agreement. Generally speaking, there are three methods of eviction notices that a tenant might receive - Pay or Quit, Cure or Quit, and Unconditional Quit.
